IEB Matric results 2025 - Bridge House School

We are delighted to share a summary of the 2025 Matric results. The Class of 2025 worked incredibly hard and can be proud of their outstanding achievements. We congratulate each one of them.

Some of the most rewarding results are not those reported here, but rather those of students who overcame significant personal challenges to achieve results of which they can be truly proud. We celebrate every story and recognise that every student has taken a different path to success.

The Bridge House Class of 2025 achieved a 100% pass rate, and 99% of our students were awarded a Bachelor’s Degree pass.

Congratulations to our Dux student, Liam Kruger, who achieved an outstanding 10 subject distinctions.

Both Liam Kruger and Rahel Hartmann achieved within the top 5% in 6 or more subjects, as well as a Level 7 rating in Life Orientation. This puts both students on the IEB’s Outstanding Achievement list.

Madison George achieved within the top 5% in 5 subjects and achieved a Level 7 in Life Orientation. This puts her on the IEB’s Commendable Achievement list.

On average, each student achieved 2,75 distinctions
40% of our Grade 12 students achieved three or more distinctions
38 individual subject marks were above 90%
37% of individual subject results were distinctions (80% or higher)
64% of individual subject results were 70% or higher
85% of individual subject results were 60% or higher
65% of students achieved an average of 70% or higher
78% of our Grade 12 students achieved one or more subject distinctions
