Management Structures   -  Introduction

Bridge House School was founded by a group of parents who registered the School as a Section 21 Company in January 1995.

The School is governed by a Board of Directors, presently made up of fifteen members. Mike Bosman is Chairman of the Board of Directors.

The Bridge House Educational Foundation was registered in 1997. This Trust is the owner of the fixed assets, including land and buildings and is responsible for financing all capital development projects. Bridge House School rents the premises and assets from the Trust. The Trustees include a Founding Trustee, Independent Trustees and Trustee Parents elected by the parent body.

Mike Russell is Head of the School and Melvin King is Head of the Prep School.
